About the Project

Located on a suburban campus, this 492,000-square-foot complex is the corporate headquarters for the nation’s largest Toyota dealership network. The campus includes two high-rise office buildings. A 2-story Concourse/Amenities building includes a 1,500-seat auditorium, fitness and food service facilities and connects to a 900-space parking garage that serves the two towers. The complex also includes a “Technical Center” that has garage and classroom space for training and product orientation. The 16.2-acre site includes a recreational lake, jogging trails and athletic facilities for employees and their families.
