About the Project

Memorial City is one of Houston’s premier urban centers located at the gateway to the vibrant West Houston Energy Corridor. The City consists of over 120 contiguous acres of mixed used development, including high rise office buildings, regional healthcare center, regional mall, neighborhood retail, multi-family residential and senior living. Originated in the 1960s, Memorial City had grown over the ensuing 50 years in a sporadic manner. Integrated through architecture, branding, landscape, pedestrian and vehicular infrastructure, Memorial City was repositioned to become Houston’s premier urban destination. The redevelopment program included construction of Three Memorial City Plaza, a 350,000-square-foot Class A office building and adjoining 937 car parking structure.
