About the Project

In response to a growing demand for tier one programs in the Katy communities, the University of Houston opened it’s first facility on their Katy Campus that will be home to the UH College of Nursing and the UH Cullen College of Engineering. The project consisted of a nursing simulation learning center, offices, engineering studios, multi-purpose classroom and seminar spaces. The building scope was 83,000 gross square feet with a three-level steel structure on a structural slab and auger cast foundation system. The exterior is a combination of brick veneer with aluminum curtain wall and composite panels.
