Building Concrete Solutions (BCS) provided concrete construction services for the new Health Professions Building located at 945 City Central Avenue in Conroe, Texas. This multi‑story academic facility was designed to support healthcare education and training through a combination of instructional, clinical, laboratory, and administrative spaces. The project consists of a multi‑level concrete structure with a penthouse and roof systems, incorporating a mix of learning commons, active learning classrooms, laboratories, offices, clinical exam rooms, and support spaces. The building footprint includes structured site improvements, service yard areas, and integrated building access points, all coordinated within a dense architectural and structural layout.
