About the Project

Tellepsen was retained by the City of West University Place as the Construction Manager at Risk for the redevelopment and expansion of city hall and police department complex. The multi-building complex includes a 2-story addition to the City Hall for a new Police Station, Emergency Operations Center, locker rooms and new single-occupancy sleeping quarters for the Fire Department. The complex was recognized for its contribution to sustainability through Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Silver Certification.
