Location Details

This project work was performed In Point Comfort, Texas which is a remote location. Due to client requirements, the coordinated teams worked on a significantly condensed schedule. As a result of this aggressive timeline, Tellepsen managed the team schedule so work consisted of both day and night shifts of 13 on with 1 off for much of the project. This schedule adjustment resulted in on-time delivery of the project.

Personnel Coordination

The project required the coordination of 1,200 craftsmen at its peak in this remote location. Professionals and trades workers were hired and trained from multiple Texas regions to manage the challenge of working in a remote location. Meticulous planning and tracking the job using P6 were two keys to the successful outcome of this project.
