About the Project

Kelsey-Seybold has built one of the nation’s leading healthcare organizations The Spring Valley project involved pre-construction and construction services for the construction of a new, approximately 125,000-square-foot medical office building and its interiors for Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. Included in this project are a new parking garage, an ambulatory surgery center, an infusion center, full diagnostic suites (including in-house MRI and CT), a laboratory, a pharmacy, and clinical space for approximately 50 physicians.
