Site amenities include new staff and visitor parking areas, parent drop off/pick-up drive, bus loop drop-off/pickup, detention area, fencing, security lighting and surveillance cameras, sidewalk paving, play fields, playground equipment and a community walking track.

The scope of work included demolition of existing Baker School (140,000 sq. ft.). The scope of the demolition included the building foundation in its entirety.
