About the Project
Construction included new landscape and hardscape areas with decomposed granite trails, lawns, paver/stone plazas and terraces, planting zones, a 5.5-acre lake and native wetlands. We also constructed a boardwalk decking at the lake perimeter and throughout the woods, food truck area and chalk wall, three picnic pavilions and a new restroom building. Each building has a steel structure and wood tongue and groove deck with metal roofing. The picnic pavilions contain masonry fireplaces and tables.
