About the Project

Thermal Energy Corporation (TECO) supplies chilled water and steam to many institutions within the Texas Medical Center. By offering each institution an alternative to housing its own central plant, this service allows the members to utilize the land and space available to be used for their core businesses. Tellepsen has partnered with TECO on a number of projects, including the Bertner Street Expansion, Flood Wall, and South Main Plant Expansion.
