About the Project
The project consists of a Science & Technology building located at the University of Houston – Sugar Land. The building provides both instructional and research labs, classrooms, 150-seat tiered auditorium and support facilities to meet the instructional demands and research initiatives of the University. The building scope is 108,690 gross square feet and is a three-level concrete structure with a full penthouse. The exterior will be a combination of brick veneer with aluminum curtain wall. It includes expanded parking improvements and site work that support the future expansion of the site.
