About the Project

The Central Utility Plant is constructed on a very tight site in the dense urban setting of the Texas Medical Center. The 4 mv cogeneration unit provides 7,000 tons of cooling towers with extensive mechanical/electrical renovation, a new 2,800-ton chiller and reconfiguration of 5 KV electrical service to one of the area’s busiest healthcare institutions.
