About the Project

The Memorial Hermann Heart & Vascular Institute is the first freestanding heart and vascular hospital in the Texas Medical Center. The patient services and amenities coupled with the Institute’s unique design make it the most modern hospital of its kind in Texas. The 230,000-square-foot facility houses 147 patient beds, CVICU cardiology care unit, and 6 cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology labs. Affiliated with The University of Texas Medical School at Houston, the Institute features a continuum of heart and vascular care delivered through a coordinated team of affiliated cardiologists, cardiovascular surgeons, and clinicians.
