About the Project

University General Hospital is dedicated to providing the highest quality and cost effective healthcare services to the Houston community. The hospital occupies 5 floors of a converted office building encompassing 81,000-square feet of space and 72 patient beds. The conversion project was completed under an aggressive 7-month schedule, transitioning the office building into a full-service hospital with high end “hospitality” level finishes. The hospital features all private rooms, concierge service, valet parking, and 5-star hotel quality interior finishes.
