About the Project
Garage # 17 is a 9-level, 575,000 square-foot parking garage located in the booming Texas Medical Center. The poured-in-place concrete structure has a split face CMU and precast exterior and provides 1,800 parking spaces. The garage includes wider, ground-level parking spaces for people with disabilities.
